Become A Carrier

We would like to Thank you for your interest and choosing A-One Brokerage Carrier Company. Below, we have mentioned some of our requirements. In order to work with us, you should follow these given requirements.

For the qualification process to be completed, all the elements identified as ‘required’ must be finalized in order. In any case, if your company is not appreciative of one or several of the qualification standards, you may return at another time to register once the non-compliant items are updated.

You have to provide or meet the below-mentioned requirements to become an approved carrier:

1. To start the registration process, you should give your MC/MX# or DOT#. Intrastate carriers without a DOT# may provide an applicable state registration number to begin registration.
2. Carrier Contact must be authorized to enter into and bind your company to the Transportation Services Contract.
3. Provide the contact information of the carrier.
4. Submit an electronic W9.
5. Complete the Carrier Profile.
6. Read carefully and then ACCEPT the “Motor Carrier Agreement”.
7. Give us the Certificate of Insurance that should fulfill the insurance minimum requirements below. Make sure that your certificates are submitted by your insurance agent

• $100,000 Cargo Coverage
• $1,000,000 Auto Coverage

1. In case RMIS doesn’t have a duplicate of your certificate on file, we will ask your insurance agent to provide it on your behalf.
2. You should complete the below-given requirements of A-One Carrier Compliance:

• Safety Rating must be good or None.
• Companies must have an active Common or Contract Authority.
• Financially stable.
